March newsletter

Dear All

Just letting you know that I am back from my ski holiday, very nice it was too. Glad to say no injuries aside bruises on my legs from where the ski lift bashed into me. I’m happy to be back and raring to go.

I have been challenged by my business mentor to get 5 more new patients this week, so if you know anyone that has a niggle, or an injury that I can help with, please send them my way. Thank you!

Aside from being an awesome Osteopath (she says modestly) I also offer:

Sports Massage – a deep tissue massage helping to alleviate muscle soreness, creates a feeling of wellbeing and renewed energy.

Oncology massage – tailored treatment for individuals who have cancer. The massages are soothing, effective and comforting. They take place in the person’s home to maximise their comfort and ease. I am listed in the Oncology Massage Directory. Gift vouchers are available for this service.

Rehabilitation – treating individuals who have musculoskeletal problems and/or mobility issues. Tailored patient-lead plans to help the person attain their goals whether it is to walk along the road or to regain independence. All rehab sessions are home-visits.

Maintenance ‘prehab’ sessions – these are excellent way to help to sustain strength, flexibility, muscle tone and joint function. I have many sportspeople using this service. It helps individuals to be at their optimal health when participating in their chosen sport.

If you know anyone that would benefit from any of these treatments, please encourage them to get in touch. Thank you so much.

I’m not impressed with Spring at the moment it’s so cold. I think I will keep hold of my ski thermals for a little longer.

Keep well and warm.

Kind Regards

Daniela
