2022 was a year of new ventures

February was the month that I started working full-time at the Connaught Tennis Club as a base for my DCW Osteopathy clinic. I have moved my entire practice to Connaught, it is the perfect location for my business.  Nestled in the forest, just off Rangers Road, North Chingford.  I have been working at the club for almost a year now. It’s brilliant.

You can find me working at the Connaught most days, primarily Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9.00am — 8.00pm.  Weekend appointments are available by prior arrangement.  I also offer home visits. To book an appointment phone 07377 990809 or alternatively book online

A spin off from working at Connaught I set up a small running group Barn Hoppett Hurriers for ladies that are wanting to regain fitness and/or want to try running. We meet up twice a week Tuesday early morning and Friday lunch-time for a run in the forest. Love this group. I am super proud of all the ladies.  Contact me if anyone would like further details.
