About Me

I am a caring professional osteopath with an inherent desire to help people. I have experience of working with diverse range of patients from amateur sportsmen/women to older adults and those living with life-limiting conditions. I can relate with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. I have a mature outlook and have a genuine interest in improving my patient’s health, whether it is through reassurance, explanation as well as osteopathic manual therapy and/or therapeutic massage.

I have always had an interest with manual therapy specifically osteopathy as anytime I had a sports injury I would always seek osteopathic treatment which inevitable resolved the problem.  After twenty four years working at University of London I decided to pursue my interest by commencing a four year full-time Masters Degree in Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy. During the summer of my first year I completed and passed ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage Diploma allowing me to work as Sports Massage therapist during my studies. In June 2016 I graduated with Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost).

Since that time I have gained wealth of experience through my work as an Associate in different practices as well as privately. I have also volunteered at North London Hospice providing holistic massage to individuals with terminal illness.

I like to keep fit by running 10-15k on a weekly basis, playing competitive tennis and enjoying the great outdoors whether it be skiing in the winter or walking in the summer.

I am fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council, and I have Indemnity Insurance.  I am a member of Waltham Forest Osteopathic Group, a local network which provide monthly meetings with different speakers.  I regularly attend these meetings to keep abreast with latest clinical knowledge and awareness.
